We were looking for a builder to take care for our home on the lake. We had several recommendations from our realtor who had become our very close friend. The architect after reviewing the options suggested to include John Covert. It was one of the most wonderful things that happened to us. His sincerity, truthfulness and honesty was something he could not hide as it was so evident. The building of the home was a beautiful and happy journey. We built the home living out of state and there was a constant flow of information, pictures, decisions in such a pleasant way that we were nostalgic to finish it. He was outstanding with the architect, the sub-contractors, always so up to date with all the city and county construction regulations and permits. He was so re-assuring when we literally went thru storms during the construction process. And the quality of the construction materials. We had gone over so everything so much with him and the architect that we had minimal construction changes. At the end he was not only ahead of time but because without compromising on our likes we received a return for not reaching our targeted budget. John is a wonderful person morally and professionally he is the best. He is so close to our hearts as any member of our family. We have done construction in the past, with friends, but nothing like the joy we had working with John Covert.
