Since 2003 Covert Homes has been building up the Midlands of South Carolina! Our custom homes are a testament to the relationships we’ve been able to create through partnering with home owners on their custom home journey. John Covert is founder and owner of Covert Homes. He served on the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina’s Board of Directors, as Secretary, Vice President and President. John and his wife Tammy are active in their community and church including serving on mission outreach.  John Covert was instrumental in spearheading a project with the help of the BIA and it’s membership providing pavilions at Fort Jackson. These pavilions now provide a space for families to gather while visiting their family members who are enrolled at the base. These pavilions will be greatly utilized by generations of families for many years to come.
